Tenfu (Cayman) Holdings Company Limited reported a further on-market repurchase of 2,000 ordinary shares on 20 May 2026 at HKD 2.85 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 5,700.
Including this transaction, Tenfu has repurchased 17,000 shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since its current mandate was approved on 11 May 2026, representing approximately 0.0016% of the 1.08 billion issued shares outstanding on that date. All repurchased shares are to be cancelled; none will be held as treasury shares.
Cumulative repurchases awaiting cancellation now stand at 145,000 shares. The company remains authorised to buy back up to 108.28 million shares under the existing mandate, leaving more than 108 million shares still available for potential repurchase.
Following the latest transaction, Tenfu’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 1.08 billion shares, as the repurchased shares had not yet been cancelled as of 20 May 2026. In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales until 19 June 2026.
