根据双方签订的委任函，KUNNA先生并无固定任期，但将按公司章程于股东大会上轮值退任及膺选连任，其每月董事袍金为8,000港元。此外，KUNNA先生确认符合香港联交所上市规则第3.13条所载的独立性准则，于本公司股份中并无《证券及期货条例》第XV部所指的任何权益，也无其他须披露事项。

公告显示，变动后，公司董事会成员包括执行董事陈昌义先生，以及独立非执行董事刘晓茵女士、韩亮先生、Thanakon KUNNA先生。
