AXERA (00600) saw its share price climb more than 10% during intraday trading. As of the time of writing, the stock was up 8.88% to HK$18.88, with a trading turnover of HK$28.36 million.
On September 8, AXERA officially unveiled its M9 series of high-end intelligent driving chips, which includes the flagship M97 and the M95 model targeting the mainstream market. The M97 completed its tape-out and lit up in February this year, with engineering sample delivery finished in the first half of the year. Several leading automakers have already initiated solution selection, with the chip offering a maximum computing power of 720 TOPS. The M95 also completed its tape-out and lit up in July.
Notably, AXERA's self-developed automotive-grade ADAS system-on-chip, the M57, has been integrated into Aptiv's new-generation intelligent forward-facing integrated unit and has achieved mass-scale production and delivery in models from a leading domestic new-energy vehicle maker targeting the European Union market. This intelligent driving system, led by Aptiv's China team, meets the E-NCAP 2026 five-star safety standards, marking the official entry of the M57 through the European market threshold.
