清科控股有限公司(下称“清科控股”，股份代号：1945)与TechStar Acquisition Corporation已于2025年12月10日上午9时(香港时间)完成特殊目的收购公司并购交易。依据公告，交割完成后，清科控股间接持有3,750,000股继承公司股份及6,000,000份继承公司发起人权证。
