MoneyMax raises 77.4 million Singapore dollars from Series 006 digital security tokens

MoneyMax Financial Services Ltd. has completed the offering of its Series 006 digital security tokens under the company’s 200 million Singapore dollars unsecured commercial paper programme.

The issue closed at 12:00 p.m. Singapore time on Sept, 10 2026, securing 77.4 million Singapore dollars in gross proceeds.

The Series 006 Notes are scheduled to begin trading on the ADDX Exchange on Sept, 11 2026.

Related parties—Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Dato’ Sri Dr. Lim Yong Guan, controlling shareholders Mdm. Lim Liang Eng and Mdm. Lim Liang Cheng, Chief Operating Officer Mdm. Tan Yang Hong, Independent Non-Executive Director Mr. Lim Yeow Hua and his spouse Mdm. Yeh Siew Ho—subscribed for a combined 36.28 million Singapore dollars, representing 46.87 % of the total issuance.

The company stated that it will provide further updates on any material developments related to the programme and the Series 006 Notes.
