Geekplus-W Repurchases 2.14 Million Shares, Reducing Outstanding Float by 0.21%

Beijing Geekplus Technology Co., Ltd. (Geekplus-W) repurchased 2.14 million WVR ordinary B shares on 1 September 2026 via on-market transactions.

The shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 8.83 to HKD 9.12, translating to a volume-weighted average of approximately HKD 9.04 and an aggregate consideration of HKD 19.35 million. All repurchased shares are being held as treasury stock.

Following the transaction: • Issued shares excluding treasury stock fell 0.21% to 1.00 billion. • Treasury shares rose to 23.18 million. • Total issued shares remained unchanged at 1.02 billion.

The buyback forms part of a mandate approved on 26 May 2026 that authorises the company to repurchase up to 102.42 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 23.18 million shares, or 2.26% of the share base on the mandate date, leaving capacity to repurchase a further 79.24 million shares.

In line with Hong Kong Listing Rules, Geekplus-W is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 1 October 2026.
