According to industry data, Macau's gaming revenue for the first four days of January may have reached approximately MOP 3.2 billion, implying a daily average revenue of about MOP 800 million. This figure represents an increase of roughly 19% compared to December 2025 and is approximately 36% higher than the same period in January 2025, with the strong performance believed to be driven by visitor numbers during the Chinese New Year holiday. The bank conservatively maintains its gaming revenue forecast for January this year at MOP 21.5 billion. After accounting for the Lunar New Year factor, the combined gaming revenue for January and February is projected to remain at MOP 42 billion, implying a year-on-year growth of 10.5%.
