Takbo Group Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 8436) has announced that its current company secretary, Ms. Wong Yuen Ki, will resign with effect from 28 November 2025. According to the announcement, there is no disagreement between Ms. Wong and the board, nor is there any matter related to her departure that warrants the attention of shareholders or the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Effective on the same date, the board is appointing Ms. Ng Wai Kam as the new company secretary. Ms. Ng, a Senior Manager of Company Secretarial Services at Tricor Services Limited, has over a decade of corporate secretarial experience. She also holds professional qualifications as a Chartered Secretary, a Chartered Governance Professional, and as an Associate of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute in the United Kingdom.

Separately, there will be changes to the composition of the Nomination Committee on 28 November 2025. An executive director, Mr. Or Huen, has resigned from the committee, while another executive director, Ms. Chan Hoi Yan Polly, has joined. Following these changes, the Nomination Committee will comprise three members: Mr. Hui Ha Lam (Chairman), Mr. Sung Chi Keung, and Ms. Chan. The board states that the committee updates are in line with the latest GEM Listing Rules and Corporate Governance Code and are expected to strengthen the board’s effectiveness and enhance corporate governance overall.
