Hong Kong-based multi-channel marketing platform Red Wisdom Creation, which focuses on young consumers, filed an application for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) last Friday. The company intends to issue 4.3 million shares at a price range of $4 to $5 per share, aiming to raise $19 million. According to available information, Red Wisdom Creation's core services encompass online influencer marketing and online precision marketing, with project execution cycles typically lasting one to two months, conducted on platforms such as TikTok, Google, and YouTube. For influencer marketing, the company offers a one-stop service that includes influencer screening, content creation, and campaign deployment; its precision marketing service executes targeted advertising through banner or interstitial ads, operating on a "Cost Per Mille" (CPM) agreement. The majority of the company's underlying resources—such as integrated performance services, short video promotion, and live streaming e-commerce tools—are procured from third-party suppliers. Established in 2019 and headquartered in Hong Kong's Hung Hom district, the company achieved sales of $14 million in the 12-month period ending September 30, 2025.
