Jilin Province Chuncheng Heating Company Limited (Chuncheng Heating) released a reminder on 17 April 2026 reiterating its transition to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications for non-registered shareholders.

The company confirmed that English and Chinese versions of directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, notices of meeting, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms will be posted on its website (www.cc-tp.com.cn) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk) in place of printed copies.

Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive email notifications of new publications should provide a functional email address to the relevant intermediary—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited—through which their shares are held.

Shareholders preferring printed communications can submit the enclosed reply form to the H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or email chunchengheating.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name, address and request.
