8月13日，稳定币发行商Circle周二宣布已启动其A类普通股1000万股的公开发行。受此消息影响，Circle美股盘后大跌近6%。
根据新闻稿声明，此次发行包括Circle提供的200万股和出售股东提供的800万股。预计公司将授予承销商30天期权，可额外购买最多150万股。
摩根大通、花旗和高盛有限责任公司担任此次发行的联合主要活跃账簿管理人。
公司指出，这些证券的注册声明已提交给美国证券交易委员会，但尚未生效，这意味着在注册生效前不能出售这些证券。
Circle通过其受监管的附属机构发行USDC和EURC稳定币，并为整合稳定币和区块链技术的企业提供金融和技术服务。
此次发行将仅通过招股说明书进行，可从账簿管理人处获取副本。公司表示，发行受市场条件影响，不能保证其完成时间或最终条款。
