Beijing DeepZero Technology Co., Ltd. (“DeepZero”) released a clarification stating that its voluntary announcement dated 25 August 2026 contained clerical inaccuracies regarding the name of the consulting firm involved.

The company confirmed that the correct entity should read “德勤管理諮詢（上海）有限公司” in Chinese and “Deloitte Consulting” in English, replacing the previously cited “德勤諮詢（上海）有限公司” and “Deloitte China.”

No other sections of the original announcement were affected, and all remaining information stands unchanged. The clarification was authorised by Chairwoman and Executive Director Ms. Huang Xiaonan on behalf of the Board on 18 September 2026.

The current Board comprises nine directors: • Executive Directors – Ms. Huang Xiaonan, Mr. Xie Peng, Mr. Yang Zhuo • Non-executive Directors – Ms. Tian Tian, Mr. Huang Haibo, Mr. Huang Hao • Independent Non-executive Directors – Ms. Li Juan, Mr. Xue Yansong, Mr. Guo Bing
