Chu Kong Ship Posts Static Share Base for June 2026, Confirms Public Float Compliance

Chu Kong Shipping Enterprises (Group) Company Limited submitted its Monthly Return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 6 July 2026, covering the period ended 30 June 2026. The filing shows no changes to the company’s share capital structure during the month.

As at 30 June 2026, Chu Kong Ship maintained 1.12 billion ordinary shares in issue, all fully paid and with no treasury shares outstanding. The figure is unchanged from the preceding month, indicating neither new share issues nor buy-backs occurred.
