Tycoon Group Holdings Limited stated on 13 August 2026 that Non-Executive Director Mr. Ng Kwan Ho has tendered his resignation, citing other business engagements. The resignation will take effect on 14 August 2026.

Mr. Ng confirmed that he has no disagreements with the Board and is unaware of any matters that need to be brought to the attention of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited or the company’s shareholders.
