CTR HOLDINGS (01416) announced that Mr. Li Xixun has resigned from his positions as Company Secretary, authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules, the agent for receiving legal documents and notices in Hong Kong under the Listing Rules, and the authorized representative for receiving legal documents and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of Hong Kong Law). His resignation will take effect from February 6, 2026. Ms. Zhou Yuyan has been appointed as the Company Secretary, authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, the agent for receiving legal documents, and the authorized representative for receiving legal documents and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, effective from February 6, 2026.
