中网载线（ZW Data Action Technologies Inc）近日披露，公司已收到纳斯达克交易所发出的不合规通知函，事由为该公司普通股的收盘买入价连续30个交易日低于每股1美元的最低要求。
根据纳斯达克上市规则，若上市公司股价持续未能满足最低买入价标准，将面临退市风险。不过，规则同时赋予企业180个自然日的宽限期，期内若能连续10个交易日使股价回升至1美元以上，即可恢复合规。
目前，中网载线表示将积极监测股价走势，并评估可行方案以重新符合纳斯达克的持续上市标准。该公司强调，这一通知暂不影响其在纳斯达克市场的正常交易资格。
