Hao Bai International (Cayman) Limited reported its monthly return for the period ended 31 August 2026, confirming a stable equity structure and an incremental adjustment to its outstanding share options.

Authorised share capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million. No changes were recorded during the month.

The company’s issued share capital was unchanged: 236.56 million ordinary shares were outstanding at both the beginning and end of August, and no treasury shares were held or cancelled. Consequently, there was no movement in equity funding, as no new shares were issued and no proceeds were raised.

This represents a 6.74% expansion of the option pool. No options were exercised, and no treasury shares were transferred, leaving potential dilution intact at 0.28% of the current issued share base.

Management confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s 25% minimum public-float requirement as at 31 August 2026.

No warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding or issued during the period, and no other share movements were reported.
