据公告，截至本报告期末，普华和顺的法定/注册股本维持在5,000,000,000股普通股，面值为每股0.0001美元，总额为500,000美元。公司已发行股份自上月底结存的1,433,241,098股普通股保持不变，库存股份数目仍为零，说明本月并无新增发行、注销或其他导致发行股份数发生增减的活动。此外，公司确认目前符合香港联交所相关公众持股量要求。
公告还披露了公司曾于2026年6月26日回购2,415,000股普通股，截至8月末，该部分股份仍处于“拟注销但尚未注销”状态，对当期已发行股本未造成实际影响。
