On 30 April 2026, Hangzhou Qiyu Life Services Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Sundy Service Group Co. Ltd, signed a Structured Deposit Product Agreement with China Minsheng Bank, committing RMB9.94 million of the Group’s internal idle funds to the bank’s “Gathering-win Series – Monthly Earnings” structured deposit.

The product is principal-guaranteed and offers a floating annualised return between 1.00% and 1.82%, linked to movements in the AUD/NZD exchange rate. Each investment cycle lasts 30 days, starting 1 May 2026, and renews automatically unless funds are withdrawn at maturity. The bank assigns the product a “1st Class” (conservative) risk rating, and early redemption rights are generally unavailable to the investor.

Management cited three factors for the subscription: minimal risk due to principal protection, a yield premium over standard PRC bank deposit rates, and alignment with short-term liquidity needs given the use of idle funds. The Board, including independent non-executive directors, considers the terms fair, reasonable and in the interests of shareholders.

Under Hong Kong Listing Rules, the transaction’s percentage ratios exceed 5% but remain below 25%, classifying it as a discloseable transaction subject to reporting and announcement requirements pursuant to Chapter 14.
