China New Town Development Company Limited released an announcement dated 25 June 2026 detailing the latest structure of its Board of Directors and the composition of its four key committees.

The Board now comprises nine members: two Executive Directors—President Yang Meiyu and Shi Janson Bing; four Non-executive Directors—Chairman Liu Yanhong, Xie Zhen, Hu Zhiwei and Qin Yangfan; and three Independent Non-executive Directors—Lead INED Lo Wai Hung, Ji Jiaming and Yuan Kejian.

Committee responsibilities are allocated as follows: • Audit Committee: chaired by Lo Wai Hung with additional membership from Ji Jiaming and Yuan Kejian. • Nomination Committee: chaired by Ji Jiaming, joined by Lo Wai Hung and Liu Yanhong. • Remuneration Committee: chaired by Yuan Kejian, with Ji Jiaming and Lo Wai Hung as members. • Environmental, Social and Governance Committee: chaired by Yuan Kejian and supported by Lo Wai Hung and Ji Jiaming.
