The board of directors comprises a mix of executive and independent non-executive directors, including Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Mr. LO Yuk Sui, Vice Chairman and Managing Director Mr. Jimmy LO Chun To, Vice Chairman Ms. LO Po Man, Chief Operating Officer Mr. Kenneth WONG Po Man, Chief Financial Officer Mr. Kelvin LEUNG So Po, and Mr. Kenneth NG Kwai Kai as executive directors.
