CNBM Reschedules Board Meeting to 30 March 2026 to Finalise FY2025 Results

China National Building Material Company Limited (CNBM) announced on 24 March 2026 that the Board meeting originally set for 26 March 2026 has been postponed to 30 March 2026.

The rescheduling is attributed to additional time needed to complete the 2025 annual results of its A-share subsidiary, Tianshan Material Co., Ltd. (stock code: 000877), which are necessary for consolidating the Group’s final accounts.

At the forthcoming meeting, the Board intends to consider and approve CNBM’s consolidated financial results for the year ended 31 December 2025, evaluate a potential final dividend, and address other routine matters.

As of the announcement date, the Board comprises four executive directors, two non-executive directors and five independent non-executive directors.
