Jumbo Growth Trading Limited（要约人）与ETS Group Limited（“公司”，股份代号：8031）联合公告，原定于2026年2月9日前寄发的强制性无条件现金要约综合文件将顺延至2026年2月27日或之前寄发。该要约由德林证券（香港）有限公司代表要约人作出，涉及收购公司全部已发行股份（除要约人及其一致行动人士已拥有或同意收购者外）。
联合公告显示，由于需要更多时间编制及审核综合文件内的部分资料，包括根据收购守则规则10就溢利预测所需的独立财务顾问及核数师函件，公司已向执行人员申请并获得同意，押后寄发上述文件。若预计时间表出现变动，双方将另行发布公告。
