Keppel DC REIT has fixed its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Apr, 30 2026 at 3:00 p.m. (Singapore time) and its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) for the same day at 4:30 p.m., or immediately after the AGM, at the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Level 4, Melati Ballroom, 10 Bayfront Avenue, Singapore. Both meetings will be conducted solely in person, with no virtual attendance option available.

Printed copies of the AGM and EGM notices and proxy forms will be mailed to unitholders, while the FY 2025 annual report and the EGM circular—both dated Apr, 07 2026—can be downloaded from the trust’s website and SGXNet. Unitholders who still require printed versions must submit request forms by 5:00 p.m. on Apr, 20 2026.

Key deadlines include: submission of advance questions by 3:00 p.m. (AGM) and 4:30 p.m. (EGM) on Apr, 15 2026; CPF/SRS investors to instruct their agents by 5:00 p.m. on Apr, 20 2026; and lodging of proxy forms by 3:00 p.m. (AGM) and 4:30 p.m. (EGM) on Apr, 27 2026.
