董事会指出，此次股份购回的资金将来自公司现有现金流或营运资金，并遵守百慕达适用法例及香港联交所证券上市规则。公司现有已发行股份总数约为60.16亿股（不包括约370万股库存股份），在全面行使购回授权后，购回比例不得超过已发行股本的10%。根据公告，自2025年4月至2026年4月，公司股价最高曾达港币18.95元，最低约为港币1.28元。
董事会表示，此次购回计划有助于提高资本配置效率并提升股东回报，认为回购符合公司及股东的整体利益。公司同时提示，股东周年大会将于2026年6月16日举行，2026年6月11日至6月16日期间将暂停办理股份过户登记。公告称，如购回顺利进行，董事会将在确保公司营运资金及资本结构稳定的前提下行使该授权。
