7月20日，PACIFIC LEGEND GROUP LIMITED（08547）公告称，其间接全资附属公司Indigo Living Design Limited已于2026年7月20日与康图发展有限公司签署买卖协议，将以1,158万港元收购位于香港九龙长沙湾瓊林街121号One Two One 17楼01号工作室的商业物业，该物业现为公司陈列室，实用面积约1,020平方英尺。
交易对价中，买方已于公告日前支付20万港元初步按金，余下1,138万港元将在2026年7月31日或之前交易完成时支付。资金来源为集团内部资源及/或股东贷款及/或银行借款及/或金融机构融资。
根据GEM上市规则第19.07条，该收购事项的适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，构成本公司须予披露交易，需履行相应报告及公告义务。
公司董事会指出，目前周边房地产价格相对较低，且该物业已作为陈列室使用，此次收购将为公司提供稳定的营运空间并避免未来租金支出。董事会亦表示，交易预计不会对集团的营运及现金流造成重大不利影响。
