Key management changes disclosed by Liu Chong Hing Investment Limited:
• Co-CEO Appointment Effective 4 May 2026, Tsang Tin For, aged 64, becomes Co-Chief Executive Officer. Tsang will share oversight of business operations and daily management with Chairman Liu Lit Chi.
• Executive Profile Tsang brings more than 35 years’ finance and risk-management experience, including senior roles at Chinachem Group Holdings (executive director & CFO), Hang Lung Group, Hang Lung Properties, MTR Corporation and Hysan Development. He holds MA and BA degrees in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford and is a fellow/member of several professional accounting bodies.
• Remuneration Terms The employment agreement is open-ended, cancellable with three months’ notice. Compensation comprises: – Fixed salary: HK$425,000 per month (HK$0.43 million). – One-off sign-on bonus: HK$660,000 (HK$0.66 million) payable 12 months after commencement.
• Redesignation of Chairman Liu With Tsang’s appointment, Chairman Liu Lit Chi, aged 86, is redesignated from Chief Executive Officer to Co-Chief Executive Officer, effective the same date. Liu remains Chairman and Executive Director.
• Existing Compensation and Tenure for Liu Liu will enter a new three-year director service contract from 21 May 2026 and will continue to be subject to retirement by rotation. Current annual remuneration and benefits total approximately HK$12.88 million, supplemented by an annual director fee of HK$0.30 million.
• Shareholding Liu and his controlled entities collectively hold 222.78 million shares, representing 55.85 % of the company’s issued share capital.
