Enveric Biosciences to Feature at B. Riley Securities Summit, Highlighting Neuroplastogen Development

Biotechnology firm Enveric Biosciences announced on Monday its participation in the Mind, Muscle & Vision summit hosted by B. Riley Securities. The company's CEO, Dr. Joseph Tucker, will take part in a fireside chat focused on neuroplastogenic drugs, discussing current trends in the field and the outlook for mental health therapeutics development. Management will also conduct one-on-one meetings with registered investors throughout the day to discuss corporate strategy and recent progress.

The core research focus at Enveric Biosciences is on next-generation small molecule neuroplastogen therapies, aiming to address unmet medical needs in psychiatric and neurological disorders. Its lead candidate, EB-003, is designed as a selective agonist of 5-HT2A and 5-HT1B receptors, intended to provide rapid-onset and sustained antidepressant and anxiolytic effects while avoiding hallucinogenic side effects.

Company management believes EB-003's unique non-hallucinogenic neuroplastogenic mechanism holds the potential to address key challenges in mental health drug development. The drug is currently in a critical pre-IND research phase, with the company anticipating a near-term IND submission and entry into first-in-human clinical trials.

This summit participation comes at a pivotal time for Enveric Biosciences's business advancement. The company has recently achieved several intellectual property milestones, including the grant of a new U.S. patent, further strengthening its patent portfolio around non-hallucinogenic neuroplastogen molecules. Additionally, AbbVie has withdrawn its post-grant review request against an Enveric patent, a move the company views as further validation of its patent portfolio's strength. Enveric Biosciences completed a new financing round in the first quarter of 2026 and states that its current funds are sufficient to support EB-003 through preclinical development and the IND application process.
