固生堂控股有限公司（02273）于2026年5月26日发布翌日报表，宣布在香港联交所场内回购176,900股普通股，占公司该日前已发行股本的0.0776%。本次回购每股价格介乎26.42港元至27.38港元，总涉资4,745,194港元，折合约474.52万港元。
经此次回购后，公司已发行股本减少至227,808,051股，同时库藏股增加至6,563,000股。根据2026年5月12日通过的购回授权，固生堂获准回购股份总数为22,911,655股，目前已于本交易所及其他交易所合计回购1,308,500股，占授权通过当日公司已发行股本的0.5711%。公司确认此次回购严格遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法规。
