中国石油化工股份(00386)于2026年8月5日发布公告，披露自2026年6月18日至7月21日期间多次在香港联交所回购H股股份，合计回购80,088,000股，占当期H股已发行股本约0.337%，每股回购价介乎港币4.01元至4.29元，涉及总金额约3.30亿港元。公告同时显示，自2026年6月18日至8月5日期间，公司亦在上海证券交易所回购A股股份合计92,250,050股，占当期A股已发行股本约0.095%，每股回购价区间为人民币4.46元至5.21元，总耗资约4.39亿元人民币。上述回购股份目前尚未注销，公司H股与A股的发行数量分别维持在23,782,600,600股及97,142,913,622股。
公告称，公司回购授权决议已于2026年5月13日通过，回购行为符合香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由公司董事会秘书张征签署。
