丽丰控股有限公司4月2日公告称，根据公开资料，截至公告日公司公众持股量为14.76%，仍未达到香港上市规则规定的25%最低水平。\n\n公司指出，自2022年11月11日股份恢复买卖以来，集团业务营运维持正常。为尽快恢复公众持股量，丽丰控股正与控股股东、核心关连人士及财务顾问持续磋商，并将在可行情况下尽快落实相关措施。\n\n在满足上市规则第13.32B条前，公司将：\n1. 每月发布公告，定期披露公众持股量状况及恢复计划进展；\n2. 遵守上市规则第13.32E条的其他规定。\n\n公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖股份时保持审慎。
