Pou Sheng International (Holdings) Limited (Pou Sheng Intl) disclosed that it repurchased 679,000 ordinary shares on 21 August 2026 via on-market transactions at HKD 0.380–0.385 apiece, for a total consideration of HKD 0.26 million. All repurchased shares are intended for cancellation.

Including purchases executed on 19 and 20 August—2.02 million shares at an average HKD 0.37 and 0.85 million shares at HKD 0.3785 respectively—the company has accumulated 3.55 million shares for cancellation during the three-day period to 21 August. This volume equals 0.07 % of the 5.32 billion shares in issue at the time of the 22 May 2026 annual general meeting.

The repurchases were conducted under the 10 % general mandate approved by shareholders on 22 May 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 531.55 million shares. After the latest transactions, approximately 528.01 million shares, or 99.33 % of the mandate, remain available.

Pou Sheng Intl’s issued share capital stood unchanged at 5.32 billion shares as of the close on 21 August 2026 because the repurchased shares had not yet been cancelled. In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium—up to 21 September 2026—on issuing new shares or transferring any treasury shares following these buy-backs.

The board confirms that all repurchases complied with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Main Board Rules and the terms of the shareholder-approved mandate.
