SLD Group Reports Stable Share Capital and Confirms Public Float Compliance for April 2026

Steve Leung Design Group Limited (SLD Group) released its monthly return for the period ended 30 April 2026, showing no movements in either authorised or issued share capital during the month.

Authorised Share Capital • The company’s authorised capital remained unchanged at 4.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 40.00 million.

Issued Shares and Treasury Position • Issued share count held steady at 1.14 billion shares, and the company continued to hold no treasury shares. • As a result, total issued share capital also stayed at 1.14 billion shares.
