DZUG (ASX: 01635) has announced a series of board and executive appointments following its annual general meeting.

Mr. Zheng Wei has been appointed as an independent non-executive director for the 13th board of directors, effective from June 17, 2026. His term will align with the tenure of the 13th board.

Subsequent to the meeting, the board reviewed and approved changes to its committees. The 13th board's audit committee will now consist of Ms. Li Yingqi, Mr. Jiang Guofang, and Mr. Zheng Wei, with Ms. Li Yingqi serving as chair, effective June 17, 2026.

The remuneration and appraisal committee of the 13th board will be changed to comprise Mr. Jiang Guofang, Mr. Yang Guoping, and Mr. Yang Ping, with Mr. Jiang Guofang as chair, also effective from June 17, 2026.

Mr. Jiang Guofang, currently an independent non-executive director, chairman of the nomination committee, chairman of the remuneration and appraisal committee, and a member of the audit committee, has been designated as the lead independent non-executive director. His term in this role will commence on June 17, 2026, and last until the conclusion of the 13th board's term.

Mr. Li Weitao has been appointed as a vice president of the company, with his term starting on June 17, 2026, and ending upon the expiry of the 13th board.

As the term of Mr. Jiang Yun, the vice president and chief financial officer, concluded on June 17, 2026, he will no longer hold these positions.

Mr. Hu Jun has been appointed as the company's new chief financial officer, effective from June 17, 2026, until the end of the 13th board's term.
