美图公司（01357）于2026年3月5日发布截至2026年2月28日的股份变动月报。公告显示，公司2月末注册股本保持为6,000,000,000股，面值每股0.00001美元，总额60,000美元，未发生变动。
截至2月28日，普通股已发行股份数量由上月末的4,586,179,280股减少至4,578,706,780股。同时，库存在2月内新增7,472,500股，使得库存股份总数达到7,472,500股，已发行股份（包括库存股份）总数仍维持在4,586,179,280股。公司于2月16日、2月20日及2月24日先后购回股份3,217,000股、2,057,000股及2,198,500股，购回价格分别为每股6.222港元、6.0809港元及5.6861港元，上述购回股份现持作库存股份并未注销。
