山东威高集团医用高分子制品股份有限公司（威高股份，股票代码：01066）于2026年9月8日发布公告，称在香港联交所场内回购2.00万股普通H股，约占回购前已发行股份总数的0.0004%。
此次回购价格为每股3.25港元，合计斥资约6.50万港元。完成回购后，公司已发行股份总数为4,458,348,324股，库藏股数增至63,984,000股。
公告显示，上述回购依据2026年5月29日获股东大会通过的股份购回授权进行，公司获准回购股份总数为446,464,632股。目前累计购回6,658,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股份总数约1.4913%。公司同时表示，本次回购已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规，后续也将继续严格遵循相应规定。
