中国圣牧有机奶业有限公司（01432）8月5日公告，基于对未经审计综合管理账目的初步评估，公司预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月将录得溢利约15百万元至25百万元，而2025年同期为亏损约46百万元。 公司拥有人应占溢利预计不少于60百万元，较2025年同期亏损约48百万元实现明显改善。 董事会将业绩转正归因于三方面因素： 1. 生鲜乳销量录得双位数增长，核心产品有机奶销量占比保持稳定； 2. 成乳牛单产首次突破13吨，带动单位销售成本下降，抵消原料奶售价下跌压力，综合毛利率同比提升； 3. 生产成本下降及淘汰牛市场售价上行，使乳牛公平值变动及淘汰牛相关损失同比减少。 公司表示，目前正编制2026年上半年中期业绩，正式结果将在2026年8月底公布。
