Kinetix Systems clarifies 9–12 June 2026 book-closure window for AGM voting entitlement

Kinetix Systems Holdings Limited has issued a clarification confirming the precise book-closure period for its forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The company’s register of members will be closed from Tuesday, 9 June 2026 to Friday, 12 June 2026, both days inclusive. During this interval, no share transfers will be registered. Shareholders intending to qualify for attendance and voting rights at the AGM must lodge completed transfer forms and relevant share certificates with Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) by 4:30 p.m. on Monday, 8 June 2026.

All other details contained in the 21 May 2026 circular and AGM notice remain unchanged, and the previously issued proxy form remains valid.

The board currently comprises three executive directors—Yu Larry (Chairman), Leung Patrick Cheong Yu and Law Cheung Moon—and three independent non-executive directors—Lam Shun Ka, Li Xiaoping and Tong Tsz Kwan.
