赣锋锂业公布2023年员工持股计划预留授予部分第二个归属期归属情况

2026年7月25日，江西赣锋锂业集团股份有限公司（01772，以下简称“赣锋锂业”）发布《关于2023年员工持股计划预留授予部分第二个归属期权益归属的提示性公告》，披露2023年员工持股计划预留授予部分第二个归属期的业绩考核与股份归属结果。

公告显示，2024年7月18日至2025年7月17日为该预留授予部分的12个月锁定期。此前，截至2024年7月18日，员工持股计划通过深圳证券交易所交易系统累计购买赣锋锂业A股股票478,280股，占公司总股本的0.02%；购买价格区间为28.20元/股至29.65元/股，成交均价28.90元/股，总成交金额约1,382.14万元。

根据计划设定，锁定期结束后将按30%、30%、40%的比例分三年进行考核及归属。本次为第二个归属期（对应考核年度为2025年度）。公告称，2025年板块及子公司层面业绩承诺完成率均高于100%，已满足归属条件；个人绩效考核方面，42名持有人考评结果S≥80，符合全部归属要求。

同时，3名持有人因离职，其未归属份额已被管理委员会收回或重新授予其他符合条件的员工。最终，本次可归属股份数量为100,608股，占公司目前2,096,694,404股总股本的0.01%。

赣锋锂业表示，后续将按照员工持股计划规定，继续推进剩余批次的考核与归属，并严格遵守中国证监会及深圳证券交易所关于股票买卖的相关规定，及时披露进展。
