铜师傅(00664)公布配发结果，公司全球发售740.68万股H股，香港公开发售占15%，国际发售占85%。最终发售价每股60港元，全球发售净筹约3.9亿港元。每手100股，预期H股将于2026年3月31日(星期二)上午九时正(香港时间)开始在联交所买卖。
其中，香港公开发售获59.55倍认购，国际发售获1.56倍认购。
铜师傅自成立以来，一直专注于将传统工艺与现代设计和使用场景相结合，开发铜质文创产品。根据弗若斯特沙利文报告，截至2024年12月31日止年度，公司在中国铜质文创工艺产品市场按总收入计位列第一，市场份额达35.0%。
