VONGROUP Trading Suspension from August 3 Pending FY2026 Annual Results Release

VONGROUP (00318) has announced a trading halt, effective from 9:00 AM on August 3, 2026, on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, until the company releases its annual results for the fiscal year ending April 30, 2026.

The delay in publishing the FY2026 full-year results is attributed to the need for additional time to complete audit procedures, including processing standard external confirmation letters, obtaining valuation reports from appraisers, and gathering supporting documentation. The company's auditors have indicated that the receipt of signed external confirmations and the finalization and delivery of the appraiser's valuation report are largely beyond the control of the company's management.

Despite these challenges, the company's management has been actively providing all necessary assistance to the auditors. The company expresses gratitude to the auditors for their full support and cooperation during the audit process, noting that their prompt responses have been highly valuable. The company is making every effort to publish the annual results as soon as practicable.

Depending on the completion of the remaining audit procedures, the company currently expects that the delay in publishing the annual results will not affect the mailing schedule of the annual report for the fiscal year ending April 30, 2026. The company will issue further announcements in due course in accordance with the Listing Rules.
