中远海运控股股份有限公司（“中远海控”，股票代码01919）于2026年3月26日公告，披露当日在香港联交所回购普通股H股220万股。本次回购约占公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）0.0798%，每股回购价区间为每股14.95港元至15.34港元，合计耗资约3,326.13万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本维持在2,756,479,500股，库藏股为0股。根据此前经股东大会于2025年5月28日通过的回购授权，公司可回购总数为287,981,950股，至今累计已在联交所及其他交易所回购7,330,000股，约占授权批准时公司已发行股本的0.255%。
