UBS Singapore conducts stabilising buy-back for Foundation Healthcare’s IPO

Foundation Healthcare Holdings Limited’s stabilising manager, UBS AG, Singapore Branch, disclosed that it bought 750,000 shares in the open market on Jul, 13 2026 as part of post-listing price-stabilisation efforts for the company’s initial public offering.

The shares were acquired at prices ranging between 0.720 million Singapore dollars and 0.735 million Singapore dollars per share.
