Dongjiang Environmental (00895) announced that the company's board of directors has received a written resignation letter from director Jia Guorong. Due to work arrangements, Jia Guorong has applied to resign from his position as a director of the eighth board of directors. Jia Guorong was originally scheduled to serve until October 9, 2027 (the expiry date of the eighth board's term). His resignation will take effect from April 20, 2026.
