建桥教育（01525.HK）于2026年7月3日公布2026年6月的股份变动月报。报告显示，截至6月30日，公司已发行股份总数为415,000,000股，注册股本上限保持在500,000,000股，面值为每股0.01港元，总额约500万港元。相比上月，报告期内公司并未出现新增发行、购回或库藏股变动，股本结构保持不变。
在公司已采纳的于2019年12月19日批准的购股权计划中，当月并无期权行使或授予，仍有4,000万股可在期权行使后予以发行或以库藏方式转让。公司同时确认，截至本月底，已符合并持续满足香港联合交易所有限公司有关最低公众持股量要求。
