2026年3月5日，网易云音乐股份有限公司（09899）发布翌日披露报表。公告显示，公司于2026年3月4日通过香港联交所场内回购普通股合计103,000股，占当日回购前已发行股份（不包括库藏股）约0.04757%，每股回购价介乎港币143元至148.1元，总涉资约港币1499.35万元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数仍为217,905,298股，其中流通股为216,421,398股，库藏股为1,483,900股。公告同时披露，公司购回授权于2025年6月25日获股东大会通过，剩余可回购股份数量为21,739,953股。
公司在公告中确认，本次股份回购严格遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由公司秘书黄慧儿签署。
