DOWWAY (08403) has announced that its board of directors has proposed to change the company's English name from "Dowway Holdings Limited" to "Defeng Solife Holdings Limited." The company's dual Chinese foreign name will also be changed from "天平道合控股有限公司" to "德丰宿来控股有限公司."
