赛晶科技董事会确认，上海森谋、深圳安创科技投资管理有限公司、胡敏玲女士、蔲森信息科技咨询（上海）有限公司及Allen Xionang Wu先生均为公司的独立第三方。除本次补充披露内容外，原公告其他条款保持不变。
公司董事会成员包括执行董事项颉先生、龚任远先生、岳周敏先生；独立非执行董事陈世敏先生、张学军先生、梁铭枢先生及蔡鸽女士。公告签署日期为2026年9月15日。
