嘉艺控股有限公司（01025）8 月 18 日公告，根据早前一般授权进行的新股配售已于 2026 年 8 月 18 日完成。公司共配售 43,000,000 股新股，配售价为每股 0.20 港元，占配售前已发行股本约 10.634%，占扩大后已发行股本约 9.612%。\n\n此次配售所得款项总额约 8,600,000 港元，扣除配售佣金及相关费用后，预计可得净额约 8,240,000 港元，对应每股净价约 0.192 港元。公司计划将全部净筹用于集团的一般营运资金，包括但不限于运营成本、员工成本、租金开支、专业费用及其他行政开支。\n\n配售完成后，公司股本由 404,367,440 股增至 447,364,440 股。股权结构方面，莊碩先生透过 Strategic Elite Limited 持股 11,797,500 股，持股比例由 2.917% 稀释至 2.637%；莊斌先生透过 Total Clarity Investments Limited 持股 2,500 股，持股比例维持 0.001%。43,000,000 股配售股份由不少于六名独立承配人认购，占扩大后股本 9.612%。其他公众股东合计持股由 97.082% 稀释至 87.750%。\n\n公司表示，本次配售的完成有助于补充营运资金，增强资金灵活性，以支持集团日常运营及相关支出。
