NUMANS (02530) announced that BDO Limited has resigned as the company's auditor, effective September 19, 2025, due to the company and BDO being unable to reach consensus on the audit fees for auditing the Group's consolidated financial statements for the financial year ending December 31, 2025. After considering the recommendations of the audit committee, the board of directors has resolved to approve the appointment of ShineWing (HK) CPA Limited as the company's new auditor to fill the casual vacancy arising from BDO's resignation, effective September 19, 2025, and will serve until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
